Terms of service.

By placing an order with SubStash.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

SubStash is an activation service. We source premium digital subscriptions and activate them on your own account with the official platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the platforms whose services we help you activate.

• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price at the time of your WhatsApp confirmation is the price you pay.
• Orders are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp. Payment details are shared privately after your order is confirmed.
• Activation typically completes within an hour. Some services (LinkedIn, Google One and similar) can take up to 24 hours.

Each plan lists the exact duration in days. The digital receipt you receive shows the activation date and expiry date. SubStash does not auto-renew subscriptions. To continue, you place a new order.

• If we cannot activate the service after your payment, you receive a full refund.
• If the service stops working during the subscription window through no fault of yours, we either restore access or issue a pro-rated refund.
• Refunds do not apply to issues caused by breaking the platform's own rules (for example, sharing your account outside allowed limits).

• You confirm that the account you provide belongs to you and that you have the right to use it.
• You will not use SubStash to violate the terms of service of the underlying platforms.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or share activations obtained through SubStash.

SubStash's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues caused by the underlying platforms.

We may update these terms. The last updated date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of SubStash after an update means you accept the new terms.
