SubStash.app (“SubStash”, “we”, “us”) is a digital subscription reseller operating out of Pakistan. We help customers activate premium digital services on their own accounts and provide a digital receipt for every activation.

• Order information you share with us on WhatsApp, including your name, city, the service you ordered, and the account email or credentials required for activation.
• Payment confirmation (screenshot, transaction reference) that you share with us to confirm your order.
• Public receipt data: your first name and last initial, the service purchased, and the relative purchase date, only if the receipt is marked public.
• Basic technical data collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability, such as IP addresses and browser type.

• To activate the subscription you ordered on your account.
• To send you the digital receipt and provide support during the subscription window.
• To display anonymized activity on our public customer wall (only if you opted in).
• To improve our catalog and pricing.

Some services require your account email or a temporary password to activate. We only use these credentials to complete the activation you requested. We strongly recommend changing your password after activation is confirmed. We never sell, share, or store credentials longer than needed for support.

We do not sell your data. We share limited information only with the official platform of the service you ordered (for example, to add you to a team seat), and with infrastructure providers we rely on to run this website.

We keep order and receipt data for as long as needed to support your active subscription and to keep your receipt accessible. You can ask us to delete your customer record or hide your public receipt at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also opt out of appearing on the public customer wall. Reach out on WhatsApp and we will action requests within a reasonable timeframe.
