By accessing or using SubStash services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

SubStash provides premium digital subscription services with permanent verification URLs. Our platform connects customers with legitimate service providers while ensuring transparency and accountability through blockchain-inspired verification methods.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Subscription Services

We offer the following services:

• Premium digital subscription access (ChatGPT Plus, Perplexity Pro, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Permanent verification URLs for proof of legitimacy
• WhatsApp customer support
• Instant activation upon payment confirmation

2.2 Service Duration

All subscription durations are calculated using 30-day months:

• 1 Month = 30 days
• 3 Months = 90 days
• 6 Months = 180 days
• 12 Months = 360 days

2.3 Verification System

Each purchase includes a unique verification URL that serves as permanent proof of your transaction. This URL can be shared publicly and remains accessible indefinitely.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share subscription access with unauthorized parties
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our verification system
• Use services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Violate any third-party terms of service (e.g., OpenAI's usage policies)

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate contact information (name, WhatsApp number) during purchase. Incorrect information may result in service activation delays or denial.

4. Payment & Refunds

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure methods communicated via WhatsApp. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Refund Policy

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services and instant activation, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

• Service not delivered within 24 hours of payment
• Technical issues preventing service access (our fault)
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase via WhatsApp support.

4.3 Service Interruptions

If the underlying service provider (e.g., OpenAI) experiences downtime beyond our control, we will extend your subscription duration accordingly but will not provide refunds.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

5.1 Third-Party Services

SubStash acts as an intermediary for third-party services (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.). We do not control these services and are not responsible for:

• Service outages or performance issues
• Changes to third-party terms or pricing
• Content generated or provided by these services
• Account suspensions by service providers due to policy violations

5.2 Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance or security purposes.

5.3 Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

6. Intellectual Property

All SubStash branding, logos, website design, and verification system are the intellectual property of SubStash. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our materials without written permission.

Third-party service names and trademarks (ChatGPT, Perplexity, GitHub, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. We use these names for descriptive purposes only.

7. Termination

7.1 By User

You may stop using our services at any time. Subscriptions are non-refundable and will remain active until their expiration date.

7.2 By SubStash

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or threaten our support team
• Use services in a manner that harms our reputation or operations

No refunds will be provided for terminations due to terms violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubStash shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Pakistani law.
